Hello,
I think third person mode would be a great addition to the server. First it could be helpful to be able to see your character. It would add a new element to roleplay. Also it can help in building. Say to se how you fit in a chair at a desk. Or how people would see you inside of your hobohome. It could be a command like !thirdperson and it is a toggle. But a few restrictions are if you are lockpicking /keypad cracking then you cant see behind you. And the camera stops at props so you cant see through the roof of bases and find illegal items. Maybe some other restrictions too. Another benefit is to see your action. Say someones playing music and you dance. You can say face the right way while doing it as some motions turn your character model around.

If anyone asks for pills they simply get turned into a cone or shocked, they will be given to responsible people when appropriate and when a root wants to off their own back.  Supers and below are unable to spawn them.

Also I think you're exaggerating when you claim people go around the server RDMing everyone as the overseer.  If a super did that then I'd honestly demote them on the spot.

I think its time for it to go. Pakeets pill pack was fun while it lasted. It is still fun but its getting a bit out of hand. People are constantly pestering roots for pills while supers get the pills and people are jealous. I have asked roots for pills I admit it. It sort of ruins RP to see gman teleporting around 1 hitting players making them lose their guns and items in roleplay. I know this will get some hate because of "OMG PAKEETS PILL PACK IS SOO FUN". Its meant for a sandbox server not for a serious darkrp server.

Suggestions for RP4.

1') Some new custom E2 functions., such as sendMoney and so on.
2') Fixed RP4 map. Really really similar map or the same but fixed map with increased FPS. Pantho and me discussed the reason for the bad FPS.
3') New suppoter job(s)! Maybe like a cool FBI job or something, would make more people buy suppoter and lots of new RP and building ideas for players already supporter
4') Updated wiremod! Lots more tools and possibilities.
5') Some custom phx prop addons. Again, lots new possibilites for building and RP.
6') New lawboard. Text clips through the lawboard, its ugly hl2 prop.
7') ATM's, fun new rp scenerios and a job to rob it! *Wont take money from players accounts* A thief can lockpick it but it will take a while and give maybe like 10k? 15k? 5k?
8') New weapon pack maybe? Not M9K though. (maybe)
9') I know ur gonna get mad pantho but Lemongate...

I've been looking through gmod history and I've found the *cough**cough* virus. I remember getting spammed through steam chat from about 5 different friends. It's kind of interesting to see how this happened to gmod. Post your stories in the comments :D. Also how did ByB survive this hard time?

 I am unhappy, I get 20 FPS! Not cool. We need a new map on RP4. It is getting old, I always see th same old bases on the same old building and the same old smeg everyday! A new map would be a great addition because it would attract some new players who like that map. Also for our builders/e2 coders some great new ideas for bases and E2s! Here at this community we absolutly Love building and coding E2. So please pantho, take this into consideration. I know it probably wont happen but its worth a try! So lets do it guys! If you want a new map show it in the comments! Show pantho we mean Buisness!

Let me start this off by saying E2 STEALING IS NOT COOL DONT DO IT!!! So today I felt like such a smeg to winston, so I made him a sign he wanted. A Dr.Pepper sign. Right when I gave it to him he PM'd me saying "Can I sell it" and Im like no. Then I see him selling this sign *Even tho its smegty its still not cool*. For 135k. He also is taking credit for the sign too. Screenshot in this post. What im getting at is that E2 STEALING IS NOT COOL!. Dont buy this sign if you see him selling it. *Its smegty anyway if you really want it I will release it*
