[Suggestion] 911 Restrictions

Okay to my proposal is the restrict the use of /911 whilst arrested. Why you may ask? It's simple. Whenever a player is arrested they simply use /911 to insult the police from what I've seen so removing it wouldn't do any harm. When a player is arrested only once in a blue moon would they call the police because someone is raiding the PD. So leave your thoughts below on whether or not you support it not.

'Tis a bit silly when you've got 5 people spamming "/911 BAIL PLS" every 10 seconds. Removing it completely, or hell, maybe even adding a cooldown of 45 seconds or so would be great.

Couldn't agree more with Prodigy. A timer would be fantastic, instead of removing it for prisoners in jail all together.

Not really agreeing on the timer part. They could just as easily PM an officer.
But totally agree with this idea.

The point I would make also, what prisoner has a phone and calls the police with it? Useful idea BlueNova.

What would be better is that when a player is arrested, he is allowed one phone call. This is 1 phone call per time the player is arrested. This is similar to real life, whereas if you get arrested you're able to make one phone call.

I think we can probably work something in.

I'm against limiting private message, as they're as often used for ooc communication as they are used for ic communication. We could add an ic version, /call say, but then you're expecting players not to "/pm bob OMFG BOB BAIL ME OUT PLZ" which is expecting a little too much considering the vast majority of people seem to struggle to tell the difference between ooc and ic. We'll see.
