Help with this code

if i'm placing the E2 the first thing thats it do is calling the police (the
"concmd" command) and the other thing its typing the print commands and its doing it without the inputs changing to true or something

you need to place escaped quotes around what you want say to say
ie concmd("say \"I love cats\"") would work
